Made of stainless steel 18/10, (except for the mincing head which is made in anodized aluminium on the PC82A model).

This high quality gear driven, table top mincer is perfect for small to medium front of shop mincing & also for use in catering establishments.

The mincer head is of a uniblock design, engineered for ease of cleaning and minimum heat generation, It has a solid one piece welded finger guard with a high clearance tolerance to facilitate pushing meat into the feeding tube without compromising operator safety.
