The meat thermometer dial is clearly marked for beef, lamb, pork and poultry.

The meat thermometer indicates temperature over the range of 0°C to 120°C in 1°C divisions.
For the most accurate temperature measurement, insert the meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat or poultry.
