Torrey size 32 mincer plates are double sided which allows the plate to be used on both sides.

These Torrey mincer plates are designed to be used on Enterprise system mincers.

These mincer plates can be re-ground a couple of times to flatten the mincing surface and allow the mincer plate to be re-used.
